At ebazar.ma, we are committed to providing you with the highest quality leather products. We understand, however, that sometimes a return may be necessary. This return policy has been designed to make the process as simple as possible while considering the artisanal nature of our products.

1. Return Period

  • You have 14 days from receipt of your order to initiate a return
  • Special conditions apply for customized or made-to-measure items (see section 4)
  • The return period applies only to unused items in their original condition

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In its original condition
  • Unused and unworn
  • In its original packaging
  • With all initial tags attached
  • Accompanied by the original invoice
  • Free from wear marks, odors, or damage

3. Return Procedure

To return an item, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer service at [email protected]
  • Provide your order number and reason for return
  • Wait for our confirmation and return instructions
  • Carefully package the item in its original packaging
  • Include the return form we will provide
  • Ship the item to the indicated address

4. Custom and Bespoke Items

For customized or Bespoke items:

  • Returns are only accepted in case of manufacturing defects
  • A clear photo of the defect must be provided
  • We reserve the right to evaluate each case individually
  • Size modifications do not constitute a valid reason for return

5. Return Shipping Costs

Regarding return shipping costs:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • For defective items, we will cover the return shipping costs
  • Initial shipping fees are non-refundable
  • For international shipments, customs fees are non-refundable

6. Refunds

Once the return is accepted:

  • The refund will be processed using the original payment method
  • Processing may take up to 14 business days
  • You will receive an email confirmation
  • The refunded amount corresponds to the item price only
  • Initial shipping costs are not refunded

7. Exchanges

For exchange requests:

  • The item must meet the same conditions as for a return
  • Availability of the new item is not guaranteed
  • Additional shipping fees may apply
  • Price differences will be charged or refunded as applicable

8. Defective Items

In case of a defective product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receipt
  • Provide clear photos of the defect
  • Keep the original packaging
  • Wait for our instructions before returning the item
  • Return shipping costs will be covered by ebazar.ma

9. Product Warranty

Our leather products come with:

  • A 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects
  • A limited warranty covering material and manufacturing defects
  • This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear
  • Damage due to misuse is not covered

10. Special Cases

Certain special situations may apply:

  • Items on promotion may have different return conditions
  • Purchases made during sales are subject to special conditions
  • Limited collection items may not be eligible for return

11. Order Cancellation

For order cancellations:

  • Only possible before shipping
  • For custom items, cancellation is only possible within 24 hours
  • Fees may apply depending on the order status
